Coach Guidelines

At One to One, our  professionally trained life coaches provide a listening ear and a supportive shoulder to their clients. Without personal agenda or judgment, One to One coaches volunteer their time to open the doors of opportunity for the women they coach. By asking powerful questions, they assist their clients to set and achieve personal goals.  These women are committed to the mission and coaching model of One to One, and passionately believe in the transformative nature of life coaching.

Coach Requirements

Have completed an ICF approved coach training program.

Will participate in a phone screening interview and an online orientation session

Will read the One to One Coach Manual and use the process and methods as outlined

For each client, commit to 26 coaching sessions over a period not more than 7 months

Submit a monthly Coaching Log and all evaluations in a timely manner

Participate in at least 6 of the Monthly Community Training Calls

Participate in the One to One Mentor Program

Conduct self in a professional and ethical manner, as indicated by ICF professional and ethical standards.
